ctk33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ctk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the ctk33 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotional offers, and all related services available at ctk33.net.

By accessing the ctk33 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform — you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ctk33 platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise: "Platform" means the ctk33 website, mobile interface, and all services available at ctk33.net; "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform; "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account; "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded by ctk33 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal; "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable.

To register a ctk33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are not registering from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a ctk33 account closed for breach of these Terms.

ctk33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to decline registration or suspend an account if eligibility cannot be confirmed. Each player may maintain only one active account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts held and the forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds therein.

All financial transactions on the ctk33 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ctk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank
• International card payments via Visa and Mastercard (where available)
• ctk33 does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency.

ctk33 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, and validity periods. These bonus-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

ctk33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonus funds must not be transferred between accounts. ctk33 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated tools, or placing bets that contravene specific bonus terms.

As a Player on the ctk33 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended. ctk33 may, at its discretion, permanently close the account, withhold any Balance or Bonus Funds, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

You may request the closure of your ctk33 account at any time by contacting ctk33 support using the contact information provided on the Platform. Upon receipt of a closure request, ctk33 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money Balance, subject to verification requirements and the absence of any open disputes. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

ctk33 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, is suspected of fraud or collusion, has provided false information, or where account closure is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons. In the event of termination for cause, ctk33 may withhold any Balance pending investigation.

All content on the ctk33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, user interfaces, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of ctk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software
• Framing, mirroring, or linking to the Platform without prior written consent
• Using ctk33 trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written authorisation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if ctk33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ctk33's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ctk33 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. ctk33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session time limits: Players may configure reminders and time-out periods to manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting ctk33 support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ctk33's operations. ctk33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ctk33 will endeavour to notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by other reasonable means. The revised Terms will become effective from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
